All-new VW Crafter on sale for 24k
The new Volkswagen Crafter will cost £23,920 when it arrives in UK dealerships this summer.
The International Van of the Year for 2017 winner, VW has designed the Crafter from the ground-up, with an all-new body and driveline. Available in three vehicle lengths, three roof heights, and three trim levels the entry-level van, the Volkswagen Crafter Startline gets a decent level of standard equipment including Automatic Post Collision Braking, cross-wind assist, a driver alert system and Bluetooth.
Middle spec Crafter Trendline vans, starting at £25,270, get front assist including emergency braking system, cruise control with speed limiter, electrically heated and adjustable wing mirrors, 270-degree opening rear wing doors, DAB+ radio, a multi-function steering wheel, and a comfort driver’s seat, while top of the range Crafter Highline vans costing upwards of £29,220 get Adaptive Cruise Control, a passenger airbag, front and rear parking sensors, heated windscreen, front fog lights with cornering function and an improved comfort-plus driver’s seat.
There’s also a big range of options available, including a driver and safety assistance systems such as side protection, rear traffic alert, park assist and trailer assist.
